Who is responsible for your information?

What information may be collected?
Depending on how you contact or work with One80 Coaching, I may collect:
- your name and contact details, such as your email address and phone number;
- booking details, including your chosen appointment date and time;
- information you provide in enquiry or booking forms;
- payment, invoicing and transaction records;
- communications between you and One80 Coaching; and
- information needed to tailor coaching, workshops or other services.
You may choose to share information about your wellbeing or the support you are seeking. Please only provide information you are comfortable sharing. Where this information is sensitive, it will be handled with additional care and used only for the purpose for which you provided it, unless otherwise required by law.
How is information collected?
Information may be collected when you complete a website or booking form, book a Connection Call, purchase or attend a service, join a mailing list, send an email, or communicate with One80 Coaching by phone, video call, social media or in person.
Why is information used?
Your information may be used to:
- respond to questions and enquiries;
- arrange and manage appointments, workshops and services;
- send booking confirmations, Google Meet links and reminders;
- provide, personalise and improve One80 Coaching services;
- process payments and maintain business records;
- send updates or marketing where you have agreed to receive them; and
- meet legal, safety and professional obligations.
When may information be shared?
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared only where reasonably needed with trusted service providers that help operate the business, such as website hosting, Systeme.io, Google Workspace, calendar and video-meeting services, email services, payment providers and professional advisers. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law, or where necessary to address a serious threat to health or safety.
Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where those providers operate. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms.
How is information protected and retained?
Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including the use of reputable service providers, password-protected accounts and limited access. Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business administration, dispute resolution or legal and record-keeping obligations. It is then deleted, destroyed or de-identified where practical.
Website information and cookies
The website and connected services may use essential cookies or collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information and page activity to operate securely and improve performance. Third-party booking and service pages may use their own cookies in accordance with their privacy policies.
Accessing or correcting your information
You may ask to access the personal information held about you or request that inaccurate information be corrected. Email admin@one80coaching.com.au. I may need to confirm your identity before completing the request.
Privacy questions or complaints
If you have a privacy question or complaint, email admin@one80coaching.com.au with enough detail for the matter to be understood. I will acknowledge your message and aim to provide a response within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when services, technology or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this website with its updated date.
